SHRINK WRAPPING: BE 85

Horizontal mailing polybagging unit generally used for mail outs and direct mailing. It can handle up to 85 packs/min and is for use with flat based capable of carrying standard shaped items on top. Option for incorporating automatic feeders to reduce the operating personnel. Completely automatic and runs on a continuous cycle. For polyethylene bagging, can also handle polyolefin (optional) in shrink wrap option, including a shrink tunnel.

	SHRINK WRAPPING: BSI 500
	High speed horizontal unit for shrink wrapping flat based same sized products capable of carrying items of any shape on top. Custom built according to the customer’s production needs. The standard model is capable of up to 100 units/min and has a number of options: automatic feeders, in-line synchronization from the conveyor belt, etc. For long or very long runs.

For all applications that require longitudinal sealing on the bottom of the product. There are a number of different feeding systems although the standard one has push rods.

FLOW WRAPPERS: BORA (BFI200)

Electronic flow-wrapper. Twin motor technology that enables it to adjust automatically to the length of the package and change measurements even more quickly. It is controlled from a display panel and by a programmable PLC. The basic model has a work speed of up to 100 packages a minute. A range of sealing bar widths and an option for a multiple sealing bar. For use with all applications that do not require the bottom of the product to be longitudinally sealed. There is range of feeding systems although the standard unit has push rods.

	SHRINK TUNNELS: BTMD
	Painted or stainless steel tunnel with steel mesh conveyor system. All purpose machine for working at high handling speeds.

	BTMD 65/40 ESP. Shrink wrapping of promotional sleeves.

	SHRINK WRAPPING: SP 100 H
	Machine especially designed for shrink wrapping of food products. Has a wide range of applications as the machine’s push rods enable it to handle products of any length. Up to 70 u/min for short items up to 350 mm. wide and 200 mm. high.
