BELCA is located in
Villabona-Aduna, a small town in Euskadi - also known as the
Basque Country - situated in the north-east of the Iberian
Peninsula.
Euskadi is one of the seventeen
autonomous regions that make up Spain. It is located at the
eastern extreme of the Cantabrian coast and has an area of more
than 7,000 square kilometres and a population of 2,100,000. The
area is well communicated by road, rail and air and is readily
accessible from the rest of Spain, Europe and the world.
