Installation for flow pack packaging of groups of three lettuces in SP 100 H PP with referenced band and BELCA BOPP film.
The SP 100 H PP range is made up of asynchronous flow-pack units specially designed for the bagging of food products with polypropylene BOPP or complex heat-sealable films and suitable for any product.
The range of products that can be packaged by this unit is very wide thanks to its characteristic of not having pushers that limit the length of the product and due to the dimensions of its jaw.
The unit shown incorporates a referenced input belt to facilitate the feeding of the product and has a no product / no bag system through which, when there is no product at the entrance, the machine waits for it to arrive and starts automatically. thus avoiding the loss of film by empty bags.
