FLOW PACK STC INOX

The STC INOX flow-pack is a wrapper made of stainless steel and specially designed for second-skin or non-shrink packaging of food products.. Transversal cross section drive by servomotor.

The range of applications of this unit is very wide thanks to its characteristic of not having pushers that limit the length of the product and due to the dimensions of the cross section.

EXTERIOR

• Machine built in stainless steel.
• Mechanical and electronic elements of the machine at the back inside cabinets with easy access and removable doors.
• Right to left working direction, with easy access panel.

INPUT

• 2500mm feed belt with 1560mm payload area.
• Easy removal of the fabric for cleaning.
• Product detection by photocells.
• Product guides adapted to the product.

REEL HOLDER

• Self-centering double reel holder for dragging the film.
• Constant film tension from the maximum to the minimum diameter of the reel.
• Centering of printed film.

FORMING BOX

• Variable in width depending on the product.
  • Minimum width 50mm, maximum 300mm.
• Angularly variable depending on the product
  • ± 10º

LONGITUDINAL SEALERS

• Longitudinal sealing with independent motorized drive.
• Regulation of the sealing center by touch screen.
• Sealing discs block made up of:
  • 2 sets of heated sealing discs.
  • 1 set of disc for shrink welding or excess cutting.
  • 1 set of rubberized disc for dragging excess film.
• Pneumatic opening of each independent roller, being able to activate individually.

CROSS SECTION

• BOX MOTION type clamp for transversal sealing activated by servomotor.
• 400 mm wide transversal sealing that guarantees a perfect seal.
• Serrated cutting blade.
• Designed to wrap with different heat-sealing materials such as polypropylene, complex films, polyolefin.

FUNCTIONS

• Adjustment of the bag length, cutting speed, etc. from the touch screen.
• Memorization of parameters up to 100 products.
• No product no bag function.
• Detection of incorrectly positioned product or product under the clamp.
• Stop with open cross sealing bars.
• Automatic stop of the machine in case of obstruction of the jaws with electronic force limiter.
• Centering of transversal seal adjustable in height by means of an independent motor.
• Possibility of working with print registration.

• Electronic machine equipped with a servomotor to drive the clamp.
• Electronic machine equipped with independent motors (sealing rollers, belts and feeding belt) controlled by variators with asynchronous motors.
• 10” color touch screen, which facilitates the status of the machine at all times.

• Shrinkable Polyolefin: Heat-shrinkable plastic film with high resistance, brightness and transparency. (POF)
• Bioriented Polypropylene: Glossy film for non-shrink automatic bagging. (BOPP)
• Complex Films: Film composed of two or more components to guarantee sealing, from 40 to 150 microns.
