Access to the BELCA VPN

The FN 300 is a top-of-the-range flow-pack type horizontal wrapper, built to wrap products in trays at high speeds automatically, placing the machine in line with the filling processes, these are fed automatically without the need for be handled by workers.

The machine is used for the wrapping of solid products individually, which are within the dimensions specified in the technical data sheet and some protection is necessary with respect to external agents.

FN 300 incorporates an electronic control of axes that synchronizes the clamp, the rollers and the feeding car, which makes the machine versatile and flexible in product changes, as well as good synchronism in the required movements. This leads us to obtain high performance and features of the machine. Also incorporates a double reel holder to reduce machine stops.

The machine is equipped with the latest in axis control for precise and fast changes in a fully automatic way, through a touch screen that allows memorizing more than 100 different products.

EXTERIOR

  • Machine built in laminated and painted steel.

REEL HOLDER

  • Motorized reel holders with film tension control by servomotors and rocker that guarantees a constant film tension from the beginning to the end of the reel and adjustable from the screen.
  • Self-centering side-loading double reel stand.
  • Print registration.
  • Automatic reel change.

FORMING BOX

  • Pre-forming of film by means of product guides before forming.
  • Variable forming box depending on the product, adjustable in height and width.

LONGITUDINAL SEALERS

  • Longitudinal sealing with drive by independent Servomotor.
  • 4 pairs of rollers.
    • 1st set of adjustable pull rollers.
    • 2nd set of heated rollers for sealing.
    • 3rd set of heated rollers for sealing.
    • 4th set of folding rollers.
  • Pneumatic opening of the sealing rollers when stopping the machine.
  • Individual adjustment of the Pneumatic pressure of each sealer with pressure regulators.

CROSS SECTION

  • Rotating clamp for transverse sealing driven by servomotor.
  • Cross sealing width 300 mm. which guarantees perfect sealing.
  • Adjustment of the sealing height depending on the product.
  • Straight cut blade.
  • With the option of accompanying the product by drum.

FUNCTIONS

  • Adjustment of bag length, cutting speed, etc from touch screen.
  • Memorization of parameters up to 100 products.
  • Non-product, non-bag function.
  • Detection of badly positioned product.
  • Stop with open transverse sealing bars.
  • Automatic stop of the machine in case of obstruction of the cross section with electronic force limiter.

DRIVE SHAFT REEL

  • Regulation of the tension of the rocker arm for the use of any material on the market, by means of a pneumatic system.

ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

  • Machine control through a programmable controller for maneuvers with a state-of-the-art dedicated axis controller card through a fiber optic field bus to control the axes with servomotors.
  • Electronic machine equipped with independent servomotors (cross section, sealing rollers, bands, unwinding and feeding belt).
  • Motorized self-centering double reel holder.
  • 12″ color touch screen, embedded, with IP65, which facilitates the visualization of the status of the machine at all times and its durability.
  • Electronic speed servo drives on bands and sealers.
  • Sealing temperature regulators with fine adjustment and integrated autotuning with full configuration and control from a touch screen.
  • Mercotac in thermal sensors.
  • Acoustic and luminous reel end warning.
  • Substitution of Servomotors and servo drives in a simple way, the configuration values ​​of that Servo Drive remain in the axis controller, so restarting the machine after a substitution will work without the need for any other action, which facilitates substitutions and saves time in breakdowns.
  • Backup/Restore function both on the PLC and on the Touch Screen to facilitate the replacement of these 2 elements, again saving time in the event of a breakdown.
  • Possibility of viewing both the machine manual and the electrical diagrams on the touch screen.
  • Possibility of connecting the machine to the internet (Belca’s own fully secure VPN) to provide remote assistance, facilitating the detection of possible faults or making functional changes in the Automata and/or Touch Screen, this connection can be made via Wi-Fi (putting the machine in the company’s Wi-Fi network) or via RJ45 cable (the client will provide an Ethernet network cable with internet access). The connection of the machine to the client’s network will allow access from any device (PC, Smartphone, Tablet) to display screens with information on the real-time status of the machine.
