BLSD is a high-performance continuous sealing machine with speeds up to 120pq/min. due to the predictive movement of the jaw that prevents the stop in the welding process.
BLSD is a very versatile mechanical machine since the continuous welding feature allows to pack or shrinkpack products of any length.
Fully automatic, for bagging or shrink packaging if a shrink tunnel is incorporated.
EXTERIOR

• External motorized automatic collector with pneumatic separator of excess film.
FORMING BOX
• Automatic adjustment of the height of the former by means of a screen.
• Control of tension of the film in the former with servomotors and adjustable from the screen depending on the type and width of the film used.
LONGITUDINAL SEALER
• Longitudinal sealing with Servomotor drive.
• Regulation of the sealing center by touch screen and with automatic positioning by servomotor.
• Continuous longitudinal sealing and cutting system using heating rollers.
• Pneumatic opening of the sealing roller when stopping the machine.
CROSS SECTION
• BOX MOTION type clamp for transversal welding activated by servomotor.
• Regulation of the welding center activated by Servomotor and automatic positioning according to product height and adjustable from the screen.
• 500 / 700 mm wide transversal sealing.
• Transversal welding system by means of a heated jaw with a Teflon-coated blade.
FUNCTIONS
• Control maneuver by programmable controller (PLC).
• Adjustment of bag length, cutting speed, etc. From touch screen.

ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
• Control of the machine through a programmable automaton for maneuvers with a state-of-the-art dedicated axis controller card through a field bus with fiber optics to control the axes with servomotors.
• 10” color touch screen, which facilitates the status of the machine at all times.
• Electronic speed servo drives in bands and sealers.
• Welding temperature regulators with fine tunning and integrated Autotuning with full configuration and control from the touch screen.
• Backup/Restore function both in the PLC and in the Touch Screen to facilitate the replacement of these 2 elements, again saving time in a breakdown.
• Possibility of viewing both the machine manual and the electrical diagrams on the touch screen.
• Possibility of connecting the machine to the internet (Belca’s own fully secure VPN) to provide remote assistance, facilitating the detection of possible faults or making functional changes in the PLC and/or Touch Screen, this connection can be made via Wi-Fi (inserting the machine in the company’s Wi-Fi network) or via RJ45 cable (the client will provide an Ethernet network cable with internet access)
